Thank you for your interest in field experience at the Northeast Health District.
We ask that all prospective students complete our form, so that we will better be able to place you during your internship/practicum at the Northeast Health District. It also allows us to have a better means for tracking prospective students.
Please start this process several weeks (several months would be best) in advance of your desired start date.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- We currently can NOT accept MEDICAL ASSISTANT students, due to staffing.
- NURSING students MUST be from a school with which we have a CURRENT, SIGNED agreement. We can NOT accept students from schools we don’t already have an agreement in place.
